Since the launch of HCP flip chip Mini COB, it has been gained widespread popularity. In 2021, for fulfilled the requirements of customers for large quantities of products, HCP has been expanding the production capacity on a large scale. Now, 16 AI lines and 16000m2 module aging room have been came into service. It is estimated that the production capacity will increase by 1000m2/quarter, and the monthly production capacity will be 4000m2, supporting the products of P0.4-P1.8.

Moreover, HCP self-developed patented Mini LED mass transfer production line, transfers more than 2.5kk chips per hour, and the transfer yield is as high as 99.99%. Combined with the inspection and repair process, the yield is up to 100%, improving the transfer efficiency and yield greatly and providing capacity support for the mass production of Mini LED.
